2021-8-18  Finite-element models of one-way spanning reinforced concrete slabs strengthened with carbon-fibre-reinforced polymer strips were constructed and analysed. The slabs, which had different-sized openings at different locations, were tested by authors in a previous study.

Therefore, nonlinear finite element models were constructed, and their analyses were performed to determine the load-displacement behavior of one-way reinforced slabs with different opening sizes and locations. Experimental results of seven slabs that the authors tested were used for the verification of finite element models.
